Combined with multiple balconies and terraces which were designed to be both private and also showcase the fantastic views, the villa also boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area inside the villa.

Interior
A master bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite shower room, has access to both shared and private balconies through large sliding terrace windows.

A bedroom with king-size bed, en suite shower room, which can easily be converted to 2 single beds and private balcony, a staircase leads down to the main living area and swimming pool level.

Another double bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite shower room, has easy access to the private swimming pool.

The spacious interior features an open plan kitchen/living area and a guest toilet, a cinema room with a sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to 2 people

The living area overlooks the pool and views across the bay and features spacious seating areas, a television with satellite channels, and a large dining table.

Exterior
The ground floor accesses the pool, terrace areas, and outdoor dining areas.

The private and heated swimming pool has a stunning infinity feature where the water cascades over the end of the pool.
There is an option for the pool to be heated on request.

The very large beautiful outdoor living space includes luxury sunbeds and designer lounge chairs available for the use of guests.

A full outdoor dining area and the kitchen are situated next to the pool. It has a charcoal BBQ, sink and fridge. A large dining table has a covered pergola for shade and a heater if required.

Villa features
-All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are comfortably furnished with luxury beds, bedside cabinets, and bedside lighting. Hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms.
-Free WiFi is available throughout the house and in all outside areas.
-The villa provides full air conditioning independently controlled in every room.
-The villa has a private entrance with remote controlled electric gate, and parking for several cars, including 2 shaded pergola areas.
-A high chair is available at the villa for our younger guests
-If required, the villa is also equipped with electric pool heating, full under-floor central heating, and patio heaters at the outside dining area.
