The 3-floor villa, surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful garden, offers you a great deal of privacy, allowing you to relax and unwind undisturbed, the villa has 4 bedrooms, a private swimming pool, and a fully landscaped garden offering plenty of privacy and relaxation areas. You will find comfortable sunbeds, sun shades, tables, and chairs in the pool area, all completing a perfect frame for dining with family and friends.
The total living space is 200sqms set on three levels and includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms, spacious and bright living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen, with high-quality electrical appliances, the villa is of a unique and modern design built and furnished to a very high quality, just minutes away from the beaches, cafes and restaurants, the villas are also a convenient 15-minute drive from the airport and the beautiful city of Chania.
